These dimensions are taken into consideration by ASYAPORT, which adopts to act responsibly with the value it gives to people and the environment, and is seen as a way of bringing together the broad expectations of the society. While we carry out our activities as ASYAPORT, we take our social and environmental responsibilities towards collecting; we are committed to cooperating with our shareholders, employees, the public, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in a harmonious manner.

Our Responsibilities to Our Employees:
The work is as determined by age laws and child labor is not allowed or supported. We will continue our activities within the framework of human rights and global principles, and fully fulfill the personal rights of all our employees. The wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and there is no payment under the minimum wage. We do not employ our employees under any pressure. All of our employees are employed under equal conditions in their positions with their own pace. To create a safe and healthy working environment, we maintain all our activities under the Occupational Health and Safety policy.
