GENERAL FEATURES
» Graduated from relevant departments of universities,» Preferably served in Armed Forces or Police Organizations,
» Dominates Law No. 5188,
» Preferably having Private Security Officer Certificate and ISPS Port Facility Security Officer Certificate,
» At least 10 years of work experience in the relevant field,
» Good command of ERP programs,
» Having effective communication, planning and coordination skills,
» Able to adapt to busy work pace and flexible working hours,
» Careful, systematic and meticulous employee,
» Strong analytical thinking ability,
» Prone to cooperation and teamwork,
» Preferably have English language knowledge,
» Male candidates must have completed military service,
» Those who reside or can live in Tekirdağ Center.
JOB DESCRIPTION
» Providing all organizations of Subcontractor (food, service, security) companies serving within the port,» To check that all subcontractors under the responsibility of Security and Administrative Affairs Directorate fulfill their services in accordance with the contract, to report any malfunctions and to ensure their correction,
» Conducting meetings with the relevant unit managers on the inspection of the services and service units within the port, which are under the responsibility of Security and Administrative affairs, and the elimination of malfunctions,
» Maintenance of company vehicles and ensuring their safety, Administrative buildings internal management, waste management, following up the transactions of the company with official institutions and organizations,
» Coordinating the entire team and activities within Security and Administrative Affairs,
» To ensure the preparation of the budget, cost calculations, goals and business plans of the department it manages
