» At least 2 years experience in employee personal transactions, scoring, payroll activities
» 4857, 5510 SSI, Incentives and learn about occupational health and safety 6331 6111
» Experienced in MS Office applications
» Preferably the IFS program and the Meyer Follow-up program
» Careful about job tracking, solution and result-oriented can work
» Have completed their military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION

» Follow the laws and regulations to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the current legislation and internal procedures process
» To make and follow the legal declarations and internal reporting adjustments within the scope of employee transactions, e-declaration etc. fulfill legal regulations
» To follow the obligations of Labor Law No. 4857, Social Insurance Law No. 5510 and General Health Insurance Law No. 6111.
» Perform operations payroll accrual
» To prepare SGK e-declarations and monthly workforce charts and to fulfill other SSI transactions
» Calculation of the remuneration of the personnel leaving the work
» Fulfillment of the legal processes related to İŞKUR and SSI (entry, exit, notification etc.)
» Follow-up of sub-employers (entry, exit, job accidents, debt situations, etc.)
